How to prepare your skin for in-clinic treatments?
Preparation for your clinical treatment is crucial. It helps to minimize possible adverse reactions such as post inflammatory hyperpigmentation and to gives you the best possible results.
Please make sure your barrier is not impaired (no open wounds, not sun-burned, no infections, no cold sore).

Preparation:
No cosmetic injectable 2 weeks prior to treatment.
No waxing in the area 2 weeks prior to treatment. No sunburn in the area 2 weeks prior to treatment.
Stop using prescription Vitamin A( Retin-A) 1 weeks prior to treatment. Client must be prepped on a Tyrosinase inhibitor for a minimum of 2 weeks prior. We recommend Synergie Ultimate A, Vitamin C, Brightening Serum and UberZinc.
How to look after your skin after in-clinic treatments?
Aftercare is essential to achieve the best possible results and bring your skin back to its optimal condition. Please follow the aftercare instructions given by your therapist and contact the clinic if you have any questions.

Immediately after treatment:
The skin may appear flushed and there may be warmth in the treated skin.
Aftercare:
Avoid the gym, sauna, spa, chlorinated pool for 24 hours
Avoid products containing active ingredients for 2-7 days until the skin is no longer sensitive
Avoid direct sun exposure and any form of exfoliation for 7 days
Change your pillowcases/ sheets and do not let your pets lick you
Alcohol wipe anything that is going to touch your face including phones, reading glasses, sunglasses and etc.
Wash your hands if you are going to touch your face and tie your hair back
Avoid friction to treatment area
Peeling and flaking may occur at 3-5 days
Do not pick, scratch or abrade peeling or flaking skin in the treated area, this will impact your result and may cause infection or post inflammatory hyperpigmentation or scarring
Avoid facial waxing or shaving for 7 days
Limit stimulants( coffee, alcohol) or avoid where possible
